Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, new collection launches, or holidays.

Shipping Within Ireland

Orders within Ireland are shipped via An Post.
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries.
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days, depending on destination.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking will be provided where available.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Croí Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Croí Jewellery cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
